The Rape Treatment Center is an internationally recognized, model program that provides free, comprehensive medical, psychological and legal services for victims of sexual assault and child sexual abuse, together with extensive outreach and prevention education programs. Our Office Coordinator plays an important part in helping us bring wholeness and healing to survivors of sexual assault and abuse.
With guidance from the Office Manager, the Office Coordinator:
Assists with managing the Rape Treatment Center’s (RTC) facilities, including maintenance, upgrades, and repair needs. Ensures that operational documentation and procedures are compliant with UCLA rules and RTC standards. Works on special projects and provides primary backup for the front office. Is responsible for leading the work of the RTC Receptionist and AA-3, as part of the office management team. Provides support to the RTC’s Paralegal and Legal Counsel.
The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. The full salary range for this position is: $38.19 – $57.90 Hourly
