The Work You'll Do:

As the Office Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized work environment for our Grand Forks office. This on-site position is responsible for managing daily office administration, coordinating both in-office and virtual events, and supporting various departmental initiatives. You’ll be the go-to contact for our local employees and a primary driver of seamless office operations.  This is a part-time (approximately 20 hours a week) role that must sit on-site in our Grand Forks, ND office location.  

More specifically, you will:

Welcome and assist internal and external visitors; maintain a tidy reception area Manage reception operations and procedures as directed by Sovos management Provide administrative support for office projects as needed Restock office supplies and kitchen refreshments regularly Coordinate in-office and virtual events, including scheduling, communications, venue bookings, and catering orders Ensure facilities upkeep, including reporting maintenance requests and overseeing repairs and upgrades Schedule tasks for facilities assistants for office cleaning and related duties Support basic employee onboarding tasks, such as office walk-throughs and mailing new-hire materials Complete various administrative tasks for Sovos leadership, including data entry and correspondence Willingness to work additional hours as needed for peak times or special projects

Strong professionalism, proactive approach, and positive attitude Proficient with phone systems, computer hardware, and software applications High levels of energy, engagement, and a commitment to taking initiative Self-aware and dedicated to personal growth and development Ability to communicate and solve complex issues effectively Skilled at working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, with sensitivity to various perspectives and cultures Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check (including drug test) upon hire
