Like shopping at Trader Joe's?  Then, maybe you'll love working with us.  We're looking for a dynamic full time receptionist to join the Monrovia Office Crew! The Office Coordinator greets visitors, answers and directs phone calls, processes inbound and outbound mail and shipping, and takes part in running all aspects of our office operations. Other responsibilities include maintaining inventory of office and kitchen supplies, as well as other projects.

What you'll do:Greet guests, and serve as the welcoming face of the office.Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Order and maintain inventory for the supplies in the kitchen & restrooms.Refresh kitchens including brewing coffee, filling coffee machines, & maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness.Assist with set-up & clean-up of office events/training classes and lunches.
Sort and distribute mail and packages.Make appointments for maintenance of office appliances.Balance workload tasks with other front desk crew.
Occasional store runs for supplies and products..Assist with special projects as needed.The ideal candidate has:A professional, friendly demeanor.Excellent problem solving, communication, organizational and time management skills.Proficiency with technology including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
A strong track record of punctuality and reliability.Attention to detail - if supplies are low, the receptionist already has a refill in order.Flexibility and a great attitude.
A valid driver's license and ability to drive the company car as needed (required).Work experience in an office setting (preferred).
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
