Reporting to the Dean of the College of Professional Studies, the Office Coordinator provides administrative support to the Dean's Office, and serves to support scheduling among the College's executive team. The Office Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact through phone, in-person, online, and electronic communications. It requires providing exemplary customer service to the diverse populations (e.g. students, parents, faculty, staff, community) and the ability to liaise with multiple campus departments. This position requires a person with excellent oral and written communication skills, and a broad knowledge of Syracuse University.
