Our client, a growth investor, is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am - 5pm and they are in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Manage phone lines and take messagesGreet visitors, input into security system and offer them beveragesSet up coffee in the morning/take apart and clean in the eveningEnsure conference rooms are tidy and clear before and after meetings; manage scheduleHandle all incoming/outgoing mailCoordinate catering and lunches as neededLiaise with building management and provide back-up support for admin and facilities teamsManage schedules, book travel, and complete expense reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree requiredProficient with Microsoft Office SuitePrevious client facing experienceGreat organizational skills and a teamwork-oriented attitude

Compensation/Benefits:
