PURPOSE OF POSITION
Supports the Restaurant Operations Manager in daily organizational and administrative tasks. Plans and executes restaurant organizational projects as needed to support the efforts of the Tommy Bahama Restaurant and Marlin Bar Division.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Function
+ Coordinates all Restaurant meetings/special events
+ Facilitates fabric, furniture, and fixture replacement orders
+ Oversees FOH/Chef uniform inventory and orders
+ Manages Restaurant Supply inventory at the DC
+ Manages Menu orders and Menu updates
+ Serves as a key contact for Restaurant Senior Team
+ Provides appropriate GL coding for divisional invoices coming through Seattle
+ Prepares reports on Sales, PMix, Trends when needed
+ Acts as analytics expert to create and maintain reports for restaurants to manage their business
+ Assist in managing third party vendors
+ Assist in opening/managing jobs with Marketing and Creative
+ Assists in communicating key information out to the field
+ Other duties may include special projects at the direction of the Restaurant Operations Manager

IV. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Certifications
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience and Skills
+ Generally, 4+ years working in a restaurant/retail environment
+ 3-5 years administrative experience working with a public company
+ Strong understanding of how restaurants consume information and create communication strategies that will help drive awareness and adoption of processes and initiatives
Competencies
+ Outstanding organizational skills
+ Excellent writing, presentation, and oral communication skills
+ Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
+ Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
+ Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines. Analytical skills with demonstrated experience using data to solve problems or uncover opportunities for improvement
+ Proficient on MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Projects
