PURPOSE OF POSITION
Supports the Restaurant Operations Manager in daily organizational and administrative tasks. Plans and executes restaurant organizational projects as needed to support the efforts of the Tommy Bahama Restaurant and Marlin Bar Division.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Function
Coordinates all Restaurant meetings/special eventsFacilitates fabric, furniture, and fixture replacement ordersOversees FOH/Chef uniform inventory and ordersManages Restaurant Supply inventory at the DCManages Menu orders and Menu updatesServes as a key contact for Restaurant Senior TeamProvides appropriate GL coding for divisional invoices coming through SeattlePrepares reports on Sales, PMix, Trends when neededActs as analytics expert to create and maintain reports for restaurants to manage their businessAssist in managing third party vendorsAssist in opening/managing jobs with Marketing and CreativeAssists in communicating key information out to the fieldOther duties may include special projects at the direction of the Restaurant Operations Manager

Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.Experience and Skills
Generally, 4+ years working in a restaurant/retail environment3-5 years administrative experience working with a public companyStrong understanding of how restaurants consume information and create communication strategies that will help drive awareness and adoption of processes and initiativesCompetencies
Outstanding organizational skillsExcellent writing, presentation, and oral communication skillsAbility to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlinesDemonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAbility to work under pressure and tight timelines.
