Job Description/Responsibilities

The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the front office and providing first point of contact support for 550+ team members.  The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.  At Barton 1792 Distillery, we believe our people are our greatest asset. Serve as the first line of support for employee questions, needs, and general inquiriesLead internal engagement activities, appreciation events, and team culture initiativesLead internal communication for the site including the creation and design of both digital and print mediaLead community support and engagement initiatives in surrounding area. Act as the primary contact for local partnerships, donations, and sponsorshipsCoordinate plant-wide mail distribution and manage relationships with shipping vendors (UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.)Manage the uniform program, including vendor communication, ordering, and distributionCoordinate the anniversary gift program: vendor coordination, team communication, and distributionProvide executive support to plant leadership including calendar management, meeting coordination, and general administrative supportProcess invoices and support accounts payable in coordination with the finance teamOrder and manage inventory for all office supplies across the facilityOther duties as assigned, including but not limited to supporting HR on special projects, assisting with labor scheduling, etc. Qualifications/Requirements MUSTHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent1+ years relevant experience preferred (office coordinator, executive assistant, etc.)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Excellent oral & written communication skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsProfessionalism and discretion with confidential informationAbility to communicate with al levels of an organizationAbility to quickly learn new systems and processesPREFERREDAssociates/bachelor’s degree in business or related field3+ years relevant experience
