throughout the region caring for patients from birth through the end of lifeDutiesUnder the supervision of the Regional Manager and CRL of HOCC Cardiology Clinic the Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring office functions related to the outpatient processes of Clinical Cardiology eg registration scheduling template management for all providers and resources communications data entrymanagement assignment of front desk duties etc The Office Coordinator will ensure all front desk responsibilities are carried out in an organized and highly efficient manner The Office Coordinator is also responsible for coordinating special projectscontracts eg Avaya Phone TrackingAssignments HHC systems support Interoffice courier services coordinating provider PTO time etc The Office Coordinator will participate in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures and program evaluation to determine program efficacy This position will also assist with healthcare or physician office experience preferredCardiology office experience strongly prefredExcellent computer skills with Microsoft office applications and electronic medical recordsPreferred Qualifications Experience in EPIC charting systems and template management Ability to work independently and productively in a high volume multifaceted work environment Detailed oriented with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple task assignments in a highly organized fashion Exceptional customer service skills Exceptional communication and team development skills Ability to present professionally and comfortably in often stressful and busy environments Education Requirements Bachelors degree or medical office experience preferably in a hospital or physician office settingMinimum
