The job position

With the ambition to take responsibility for keeping our Danish office running, we are now looking for a skilled Office Coordinator. In this role you will work very close to our Country Manager and the local management team as well support the local organization, appr 50 people. This is a newly created role so the right candidate will have the possibility to have an impact on processes and daily tasks. 

In this role you will undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities and support functions – mainly coordination with reginal Facility and IT support teams. The goal for this role is ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

Responsibilities

Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders Assist in vendor relationship management First point of contact for tasks/solution related to Facility & IT - coordination with regional Facility and IT support teams  Planning and execution of internal events and social activities  Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.) Support with travel bookings and expenses management  Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system

You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with a positive mindset,  accuracy and speed. 

You will interact with almost every employee in the office and are sometimes responsible for greeting clients.

Your qualifications:

To be the candidate we are searching for we believe you have the following personal qualifications to enjoy your day at work :
- flexible and ability to multi-task
- excellent time management skills
- comfortable using computer and work in various systems
- ability to work in different project together with other people, locally as well international
- excellent customer service

Who you are and coming from:

We believe you have at least 3-5 years’ experience from a similar position. Maybe you are coming from the service industry (hotel/travel) or from a similar position within the financial sector.
