The Office Coordinator drives office efficiency and culture for Cordis: MedAlliance LLC in Irvine, CA by maintaining appearance of common areas, organizing social events, managing group meetings, leading site culture initiatives, handling correspondence, and overseeing supplies.
**Responsibilities**
+ Serves as the primary point of contact for the office, managing front-desk responsibilities while taking on additional duties.
+ Oversee day-to-day office activities coordinating activities for shipments, contractors, catering services, etc.
+ Coordinate meetings, appointments, and room bookings for staff and visitors.
+ Drive site culture through execution site events and teammate recognition as the leader of the Culture & Activities Committee.
+ Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of office events, including team-building activities, celebrations, holiday parties, wellness programs, and other cultural events as the head of Selution’s Events and Culture Committee.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with company values and enhance teammate engagement.
+ Manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
+ Identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain and manage vendors, and coordinate food delivery as needed
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 2+ years of experience in similar role
**Competencies & Skills**
+ Proven experience in office coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrated experience with event planning, employee recognition, and/or DEI activities.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
Pay / Compensation
The expected pre-tax pay rate for this position is $21.15 - $26.45 per hour
Actual pay may fluctuate outside of the listed range depending on skills, education, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
