About being our Office Engineer \/ Field Engineer \n

As our Office Engineer \/ Field Engineer you will provide essential technical support and manage various aspects of project administration, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and in alignment with project goals.

Responsibility Highlights for our Office Engineer \/ Field Engineer\n\nOversee and maintain comprehensive documentation on job sites, including contractor submittals, Records of Materials, Force Accounts, change orders, progress payments, project files, meeting agendas, and notes.\nDevelop and maintain a robust document control system, including version control, access permissions, and archiving.\nCollaborate closely with the Resident Engineer and Construction Observers to track key project metrics such as costs, schedules, and quality standards.\nOccasionally visit job sites to review progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.\nProcessing documents and progress payments\nMonitor Prevailing Wage Laws and Regulations\nMonitor and enforce labor compliance\n\n

Minimum Qualifications to be our Office Engineer \/ Field Engineer\n\nValid California PE License\nBachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management)\n7+ Years experience in construction office or related public works projects\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite\n\n
