We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to be responsible for the day to day running or our Engineering Office. You will act as the primary contact for visiting guests and oversee daily office logistics, including managing supplies, vendor relationships, snack programs, and property management.

You will also be be in charge of organising events and coordinating a range of initiatives, including office celebrations, team-building activities, department offsites, and other cultural events, as well as serving as the main contact for all office health and safety matters, including implementing training, accompanying fire marshal visits, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

A natural relationship-builder with a friendly and approachable demeanour. A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing effectively.

Skills & Experience:

Strong organizational abilities and a meticulous eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A talent for creative problem-solving and the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in office management, event planning, or administrative coordination is a plus. Familiarity with health and safety standards and procedures is an advantage but not required—we’re happy to train!
