What this job involves:

Analysis

Prepare detailed financial analysis, including NPV cash flowsOccasionally perform complex financial analyses (e.g., headquarters, master plans, etc.) with supervisionEvaluate client building alternatives and lease options on qualitative and quantitative analysis

Research

Gather and evaluating real estate market and property dataResearch companies, landlords, and potential clientsConduct market calls, preview space opportunities, develop fact sheets and tour books, and gather photos and floor plans

Database Management

Maintain accurate, complete and updated database of information researchPrepare and maintain a stacking plan i.e. list of tenants of all segment 1 buildings with lease expiry dates for tracking 

Client Interaction

Assist in the preparation and update of reports, presentations, analyses, and on-line systemsWork directly with clients and team members to resolve financial model, transaction and landlord issues Attend building tours with client and regular conference calls

Other Transaction Support

Review lease documents and write lease summaries and abstracts, and review other materials as part of the due diligence processHelp prepare commission invoices and tracking transactions on deals

Professional Development

Develop an understanding of basic building systems, real estate, and lease terminologyBecome familiar  with the lease negotiation process and lease issuesAttend JLL-sponsored training sessions and endorsed external training sessions & seminars, and completing courses on Element KObtain Real Estate Broker's licenseAny other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by Head of Office Leasing Advisory
