Responsibilies
• Facility management, including interaction with the LL, processing of rental and maintenance invoices for payment, service and maintenance requests (electricity, air-conditioning, heating, etc)
• Reception services and meeting guests, including conference room and tea/coffee service, washing dishes, coffee-machine and water-dispenser cleaning
• Assistance and arrangements of site visits, including completing request templates, transfer arrangements, coordination with migration authorities for site visitors
• Office supplies, including office supplies contract management, placing order, organization of storage and issue, payment of invoices
• Correspondence and courier services, including physical delivery of correspondence to local business partners
• Vendor and contract management, including search of new vendors for open needs (IT equipment maintenance, furniture and small office repairs, etc.)
• Translations: written translations of contracts and other documents to and from Mongolian, oral translations during meetings with foreign visitors
• Preparation of reports and organization of document flow in the marketing department, coordination and management of the marketing materials warehouse, interaction with local suppliers.
