**Description**
**Job Title: Office Manager**
**Location: - Roanoke, VA**
Responsibilities:
+ Managing Office Staff:
+ Supervise office staff to ensure smooth and productive office operations.
+ Provide training and support to enhance team performance.
+ Issue performance notices, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans as needed to maintain consistency and accountability across office staff.
+ Business Analysis:
+ Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
+ In partnership with office staff, field leadership, and corporate support teams, support the transition of legacy data collection and organization processes from flat tables and spreadsheets to a robust database environment.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
+ Report Creation:
+ Generate detailed reports on compliance, business performance, and other key metrics.
+ Support operational leadership with weekly report generation using table relationships and Excel lookups.
Requirements:
+ Minimum Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
+ Strong skills and experience with Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
+ Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.
+ Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
