Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Work Arrangement: 4-5 days onsite
Pay: $30-35 (pending years of experience)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity at a fast-paced and growing biopharmaceutical company in Waltham. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, supporting various departments, and creating a positive, professional experience for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the overall efficiency of office operationsOrder and track office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate facility maintenanceSchedule meetings, manage conference rooms, and support company events and team gatheringsCoordinate daily lunch catering and general office logisticsAssist with new hire onboarding, including workstation setup and orientationMaintain clean and organized reception and common areasGreet visitors, answer phones, manage mail and deliveriesProvide administrative support to executives and teams as neededAssist in office move logistics and cross-functional projectsMaintain company files, records, and databasesQualifications:
High school diploma or GED with 5+ years in a similar role, or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experienceBackground in office administration, hospitality, or concierge servicesExcellent communication, time management, and multitasking skillsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and adapt to shifting prioritiesProfessional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanorIf you're a hands-on office professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you.
