Responsibilities
Performs all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned. Responsible for overall branch office activities including payroll administration, management reports, month end financial close and bank deposits.
As a HomeTeam Office Manager, you can expect to:
Assist with financial statement variance analysisResponsible for submitting payroll data timely and accuratelyResponsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable reconciliation and processing cash receipts/depositsResponsible for providing necessary data and reports for branch month end financial closeCreate a positive work environmentAttract and select high caliber employees, while maintaining qualified staffPerform all necessary supervisory functions with personnel assignedMaintain positive daily interaction with Service Managers and TechniciansWork with Service Manager to insure productive interdepartmental relationsDaily interaction with customers, prospects, and employees, to answer questions and resolve problemsResponsible for creating and updating various monthly management reportsSupervise the maintenance of office equipment (copier, fax machine, etc.)Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and equipment in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictionsMaintain a high level of confidentiality in regard to branch level financials, employees, and salariesThere’s plenty of perks too!
