The role As an Office Manager you are the face and first point of contact in our office in Kyiv. You are the contact person and source of information for office-related matters. You will work together with the local Leaders and team on daily basis to secure superior employee experience Responsibilities: Operating the office budget in accordance with the pre-approved company standards; Handling the inventory and supply of commodities and equipment (incl hardware); Maintaining a positive office culture by organizing company events (both onsite and offsite); Design and implement office policies and procedures. Coordinating the introduction for new employees to relevant policies and procedures. Managing the communications and operations with suppliers (landlord / facility management, cleaning company, hardware vendors, etc.); Meeting and greeting guests (both internal from other countries and external); Supporting the business travel process when necessary (incl bookings); Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security policies. Control of incoming/outgoing letters from/to customers/partners etc. Regular visits to post offices Handling incoming calls; #LI-IW1 What we need to see from you Superb organizational skills and experience in operating with budgets. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Ukrainian and English. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); 2+ years of experience in a role; Passion about working in a fast-paced environment. Job Function Sales
