Join Associa as an Office Manager and contribute to the efficient operations of our growing portfolio. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential office support to our property management team.

How Our Employees Make an Impact:

Our Office Managers are the heart of our property management operations, making a significant impact through:

\n\nPrepares and assist community managers with monthly board packages and in-house mailings\nUpdates homeowner and association information and shared files\nMaintain data in applicable systems\nManage data throughout various systems accurately and efficiently\nReceives and responds to incoming calls and/or emails and follows through on various requests\nOther duties as assigned\n\n Requirements

Requirements:

\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.\n1-3 years of directly related or closely related experience.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.\nProperty Management experience preferred but not required.\nProfessional customer service skills.\nKnowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.\nConfidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n\n
