Office Manager
Job Title: Office ManagerJob Description Manage the front office, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries. Coordinate and schedule customer orders, job assignments, and machine shop workflow. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for job orders, inventory, and shipments. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents. Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues. Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance. Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures. Provide administrative support to the management team as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Westland, Michigan. Work Environment 5 days/week onsite, working hours are flexible 40 hrs/week- start time as early as 5AM-8AM and 8 hours per day.
