OFFICE MANAGER

A company that sets the standard in their industry is seeking an Office Manager for a full-time temporary to permanent position in New Beford, MA.
Responsibilities of Office Manager include:
-Provide assistance to the inspection manager by managing daily office operations and clerical tasks
-Perform accurate data entry
-Track work flow within the department
-Create and maintain excel spreadsheets, presentations, and other reports
-Act as liaison between departments
-maintain an organized office providing support where needed
Requirements of Office Manager:
-Previous experience managing an office
-Excellent time management skills while being able to prioritize tasks
-Superior attention to detail
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
