Office Manager to $125K - Great Opportunity in Professional Services!

Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking an Office Manager to join their new office in Toronto! In this role, the Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating, setting up, and leading all administrative and daily operational functions for an office of about 30 employees. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of relevant office management experience, with prior management experience required.

Location: Toronto, CanadaWork Model: In officeDegree: RequiredResponsibilities include providing executive and administrative support to local executives, managing large and small office events, managing corporate travel to coordinate travel for partners, vice presidents staff, and others, working with local vendors and property management to ensure that repairs and projects are completed, acting as the primary contact with building management, and more.The ideal candidate will have experience working in the professional services industry, an ability to anticipate and proactively resolve issues, be an effective multitasker, and possesses excellent organizational and team management skills. Professional proficiency in French is a plus.
