Summary You will serve as a OFFICE MANAGER in the AIRCRAFT AND SPECTRUM INTERGRATIVE ENVIROMENT DIVISION, SPECTRUM WARFARE DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU. Responsibilities You will implement a variety of administrative processes in support of the work unit, which has essentially singular missions and functions You will prepare and process travel documents, including travel orders, vouchers, itineraries, visit requests, security clearances, invitational and foreign travel requests You will order office supplies, equipment, and publications, and similar office support duties. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-06 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Composing, reviewing, editing and filing of correspondences, serialized letters, memorandums, and other documentation; 2) Generating and processing travel orders, travel vouchers, and credit card purchases; 3) Utilizing Excel Spreadsheets to maintain and track office supply status, data calls, mandatory trainings, and muster lists; 4) Scheduling and coordinating of meetings, appointments and managing calendars. GS-05 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Assisting in generating and processing travel orders, travel vouchers, and credit card purchases; 2) Ordering office supplies equipment and publications; 3) Processes moderately complex administrative documents by researching and applying instructions, policies or procedures of the specialty area; 4) Assist in scheduling and coordinating of meetings, appointments and managing calendars.
