ABOUT THE ROLE
The administrative team is essential to the smooth functioning of their respective teams and organizations, providing logistical and administrative support to their leaders and colleagues.
The office manager will be supporting key office functions, including administrative tasks, financial processes (AP/AR), and HR-related activities and other office related functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Represents the company through telephone contact by answering calls, assisting customers with any issue they may have Provides support in complex administrative assignments Preforms various office duties such as maintaining filing systems and general data entry Depending on the specific assignment in the organization, office manager may: Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions. Reconcile invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors. Assist with financial reporting and maintain accurate records of transactions. Collaborate with accounting teams to resolve discrepancies. Assist with onboarding new hires, including completing paperwork and coordinating training. Help maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality. Support payroll processes by gathering and verifying timesheets. Assist with employee communications, such as announcements and updates. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor and address facility maintenance needs or requests. Support team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed. Act as a liaison between the site and corporate office for administrative functions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma 2 year degree preferred, but not required. Outstanding customer service skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
