About the RoleWe are seeking an organized and dynamic Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while taking the lead in planning and coordinating internal events such as luncheons, career fairs, team-building activities, and in-office celebrations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Office ManagementOversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient work environment.Serve as the primary point of contact for office supplies, vendor management, and facility coordination.Manage calendars, office schedules, and internal communications.Assist with onboarding new employees, including workspace setup and office orientation.
Event Coordination & Employee EngagementPlan, coordinate, and execute in-office events, including luncheons, holiday parties, career fairs, and company-wide meetings.Work closely with leadership and HR to organize employee engagement activities that foster a positive workplace culture.Coordinate logistics for external events, such as career fairs or community outreach programs.Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and catering orders to ensure seamless execution.Develop creative event concepts that align with company values and goals.
Administrative SupportAssist with light administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel coordination, and document management.Support internal communications by drafting announcements and event reminders.Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or event coordination.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees at all levels.Experience coordinating events, meetings, or corporate functions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
