**What You’ll Do**
As an **Office Manager** , you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring everything functions seamlessly and professionally. Working closely with executive assistants and building maintenance teams, you’ll provide essential support to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and guests.
Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:
+ **Manage Front Desk and Executive Assistants** : Provide leadership and guidance for seamless office coordination.
+ **Oversee Office Operations** : Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
+ **Restock Supplies** : Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring all employees have what they need.
+ **Maintain Cleanliness** : Guarantee common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces are clean and inviting.
+ **Organize Holiday and Team-Building Activities** : Plan and execute engaging events that reflect company culture and values.
+ **Coordinate Building Maintenance** : Address and resolve facility-related issues promptly and efficiently.
+ **Oversee Office Technology** : Work with IT to maintain the functionality of office equipment such as printers, phones, and AV systems.
+ **Meeting and Event Logistics** : Organize and manage office and meeting logistics, ensuring Level 1 and Level 2 guests have an exceptional onsite experience.
+ **Create and Maintain SOPs** : Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline office processes.
+ **Manage Vendor Relationships** : Work with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and efficiency.
+ **Oversee Mail and Deliveries** : Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
+ **Handle Administrative Tasks** : Support executives and team members with ad hoc administrative tasks.
+ **Ensure Compliance** : Ensure office operations align with company policies and safety regulations.
+ **Take Ownership** : Proactively address challenges and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.

**What You Bring to the Table**
+ **Education** : High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
+ **Experience** : 3+ years in office management or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
+ **Skills:**
+ Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Basic knowledge of budget management and office technology.
