Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position requires exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, and detail-oriented work. Key responsibilities include overall administrative support to Todd Financial Associates, office appearance and supplies management, and addressing or delegating client requests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Complete beginning of the day/ opening tasks
+ Clean and maintain office appearance / upkeep
+ Manage office supplies inventory
+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail
+ Email management
+ Answer reception and special reservation line
+ Manage office voicemail
+ Meet and greet clients
+ Handle walk-in requests and non-scheduled client requests
+ Handle basic problems with customer accounts in Salesforce
+ Prefill, submit, send, request, scan, copy, file client documents precisely and promptly
+ Accurate scheduling and calendar control
+ Comprehensive and accurate preparation of client meeting documents
+ Monitor application status reports routinely
+ Accurate record keeping
+ Attend, assist with coordinating and scheduling client events, workshops, business events, and fraternal events and meetings including set up and RSVP management
+ Participate in business planning projects
+ Participate in weekly staff meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent minimum
Experience:
+ Previous administrative/secretarial experience preferred
Other:
+ Demonstrate customer service orientation/experience required while working in a fast-paced office environment
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
+ Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
+ Ability to foster relationships with existing and new clients
+ Basic understanding of our products, services, and Thrivent

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS AND DETAILS
+ Salary Range of $55,000 - $65,000
+ Bonuses available
+ Annual salary increase potential based upon annual performance review
+ Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits
+ Eligible for 401(k)/retirement plan
+ Hours: a typical work week is 8:30am-5pm
+ Occasional evenings and weekends to attend client and fraternal events
+ Minimal travel required
+ Location: Monroeville, PA office and Allison Park, PA office as needed
As part of Todd Financial Assocaites' recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the hiring/contracting process. In addition, fingerprints will be taken for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records.
