Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position requires exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, and detail-oriented work. Key responsibilities include overall administrative support to Todd Financial Associates, office appearance and supplies management, and addressing or delegating client requests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete beginning of the day/ opening tasksClean and maintain office appearance / upkeepManage office supplies inventoryManage incoming and outgoing mailEmail managementAnswer reception and special reservation lineManage office voicemailMeet and greet clientsHandle walk-in requests and non-scheduled client requestsHandle basic problems with customer accounts in SalesforcePrefill, submit, send, request, scan, copy, file client documents precisely and promptlyAccurate scheduling and calendar controlComprehensive and accurate preparation of client meeting documentsMonitor application status reports routinelyAccurate record keepingAttend, assist with coordinating and scheduling client events, workshops, business events, and fraternal events and meetings including set up and RSVP managementParticipate in business planning projectsParticipate in weekly staff meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent minimum

Experience:

Previous administrative/secretarial experience preferred

Other:

Demonstrate customer service orientation/experience required while working in a fast-paced office environmentAbility to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptionsAbility to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential informationAbility to foster relationships with existing and new clientsBasic understanding of our products, services, and Thrivent

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS AND DETAILS

Salary Range of $55,000 - $65,000Bonuses availableAnnual salary increase potential based upon annual performance reviewMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsEligible for 401(k)/retirement planHours: a typical work week is 8:30am-5pmOccasional evenings and weekends to attend client and fraternal eventsMinimal travel requiredLocation: Monroeville, PA office and Allison Park, PA office as needed
