Office Manager
Job Title: Office Manager Job Description This position requires being onsite in Alameda 4 days a week (5 days after conversion) and punctuality is essential! We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Manager to ensure our office operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly office environment, managing supplies, and providing clerical support to the management team. Responsibilities + Ensure the office and breakroom are neat and tidy. + Receive and distribute packages, and ensure FedEx packages are sent on time. + Sort and distribute mail, and scan documents to the appropriate person. + Regularly check the facility to ensure that janitorial staff maintain cleaning standards. + Assist with purchase orders and maintain accurate records. + Ensure office machines and equipment are well-maintained, including cleaning and repairs. + Provide clerical support to the management team as needed. + Maintain snacks and beverages for the breakroom, placing weekly orders. + Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order new supplies as needed. + Maintain office files. + Perform other related duties as assigned. This position requires being onsite in Alameda 4 days a week (5 days after conversion) and punctuality is essential. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
