Our client, a financial technology firm, is seeking an Office Manager in NYC. The hours are 9am-5pm five days in their Manhattan office.
Responsibilities:
Book travel arrangements for various team members on an ad hoc basisSubmit expense reports for executives and manage as well as reconcile the department purchasing cardOrder pantry items and office suppliesLiaise with the building facilities team, submit work orders, and register office visitors with securityAssist with general office needs, including mail handling, shipping requests, and coordinating with external vendors and suppliers on deliveries and servicesOversee daily office lunch order and distributionHelp with other ad hoc projects across different departmentsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required2+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to teamsDetail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNotary Public would be a huge bonusCompensation/Benefits:
