As a supporting member of the management team, the Office Manager sustains the Team Qualis mission at Dugway Proving Ground with the following tasks and duties:
Clerical, logistical, delegated recruiting, HR, and accounts payable duties Mandatory training tracking Government-furnished Property (GFP) inventory, audits, reporting, and Property Management compliance GFP audits and PWS-stipulated GFP-related reporting Internal records audits and updates Facility cleaning, maintenance, and repairs Phone, roster and contact lists Government-mandated initial and annual training requirements tracking File management Procurement of office supplies inventory and procurement Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) procurement Fleet maintenance and registration Team member support and troubleshooting Office supplies tracking and purchasing New hire in-processing/on-boarding to include assistance with clearance and access requests And other tasks as assignedThe Office Manager plays a significant role in the smooth operation of the Team Qualis office. Success is measured by meeting and exceeding compliance with corporate, Dugway Proving Ground/West Desert Test Center (DPG/WDTC), Department of Defense (DOD), and team members’ requirements, needs, and expectations cheerfully, positively, and professionally.
