Office Manager - Amarillo Ground Beef
Overview\n\n\n\n Supervise the daily office support function for the Plant. Position will provide accounts payable, accounts receivable, records, and other general office tasks. Position will supervise, train, and develop subordinate office clerks and administrative staff. \n\n\n\nDuties and Responsibilities: (Other tasks may be assigned as necessary)\n\n\n\n\nAssign and monitor clerical and administrative support responsibilities and tasks.\nTrain, coach, mentor, and develop subordinate office staff to maximize performance.\nMay design and implement filing and recordkeeping systems.\nEnsures security, integrity and confidentiality of Company confidential sales and pricing information.\nEnsures that office staff follows Company Code of Conduct \/ Ethics and other policies and procedures.\nContinuously maximize and improve operational efficiencies for office support.\nPrepare operational reports and schedules as requested by Company owners. \nMonitor and maintain office supplies inventory and purchasing.\nHandle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints.\nMay supervise the receptionist function for the Plant. \nWork closely with operations management regarding information, reports, and production metrics.\n\n\n\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n\n\n\n\nMust have good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of management and employees.\nMust respect the rights of employees and maintain internal confidentiality. \nAbility to collect data, complete reports, and help respond to Sr. Management inquiries.\nMust be able to lift up to 60 lbs. \nMust be able to ascend and descend stairs and ladders.\nMust be able to work required shift schedules Monday - Sunday and required overtime.\nMust have knowledge of office recordkeeping systems and processes.\nMust have knowledge of office software systems and office equipment such as copiers, faxes, and printers.\n\nEducation and Experience Requirements:\n\n\n\n\nBachelor's degree preferred. \nRequires five years of general clerical and office management experience.\nRequires knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, office software, office equipment, and recordkeeping systems. \n\n\n\n\n
