Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $14 - $14 / hour. This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. What you'll be doing as a Office Manager / Bookkeeper: * Financial data: Recording, classifying, and computing numerical data to maintain financial records. This includes posting financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. * Accounting: Managing bookkeeping functions such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries. * Taxes and bills: Ensuring that taxes and bills are paid. * Budgets: Creating and monitoring budgets for the organization. * Administrative support: Providing administrative support for the office, including managing daily operations and special projects. * Human resources: Coordinating human resource paperwork, such as new employee office set-ups, background checks, and on-boarding. * Donor management: Assisting with donor management record keeping and fundraising. * Customer service: Answering incoming customer calls and providing exceptional customer service. * Office equipment and supplies: Monitoring, managing, and maintaining office equipment and supplies Available shifts: Shift Timings: All Available Job requirements: * Strong math and accounting skills * Keyboard and data entry skills * Excellent communication skills * Proficiency with computers and business-specific software * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Ability to multitask and complete tasks with minimal supervision Ready to take control of the way you work?
