Office Manager Central Refunds

Miracle-Ear, part of Amplifon, the global leader in retail hearing solutions, is expanding its team of Office Manager Central Refunds. We are seeking passionate, driven individuals who are committed to making a difference every day. Responsibilities:

Process returns, cancellations, and corrections in a timely and precise manner.Handle refunds and transfers, maintaining compliance with financial procedures.Support store operations via Monday.com, ensuring smooth communication and workflow management.Assist stores with credit card processingManage invoices for accuracy and completeness.Deposit and track cash transactions to ensure accuracy and accountability.Communicate effectively with stores and team members to provide support, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.Post payments to invoices with accuracyMaintain daily reports

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentAdministrative, reception, or customer service backgroundExperience working in a healthcare setting is preferred2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting2+ years of experience with customer database managementComfortable handling inbound & outbound callsProficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
