Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Support the office managing partner with office related functions and administrative tasks including scheduling and maintaining calendars, expense reports, organizing/processing billing, and travel arrangements. Lead team of administrative assistants supporting partners and staff, fostering individual and team growth. Coordinate and oversees administrative processes within the office – looking for efficiencies and best practices. Monitor and assist with maintaining office budget and other expenses; provide office level reporting. Coordinate/oversee office and staff events and meetings, collaborating with various office committees. Coordinate busy season meals and activities. Coordinate various database clean-up projects as needed. Works closely with HR and facility manager on staff and office related functions. Other projects as assigned.

The qualifications.

At least 5+ years of administrative, office management, project management, or related experience preferred. HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.  Bachelor’s degree is preferred. This is an exempt position that may require some Saturday work hours during busy season(s) and overtime from time to time during the remainder of the year. Qualified individuals must either reside in the Grand Rapids, MI area or be willing to relocate to the area for this opportunity. This position may require some local and national travel.
