Office Manager - KS

The Office Manager oversees the overall office services and procedures of the office. This position leads, mentors, and works closely with direct reports and other team members throughout the organization to implement change in processes as needed. Provides general administrative assistance to leaders.

Incumbent will need to demonstrate approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence, the ability to plan for, complete, and implement assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner, and an acceptance of the company culture (adhering to the company's core values) and an adoption of professional standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 5 years progressive administrative experience

or

Education: Associate degree

Experience: 3-5 years progressive administrative experience

Travel: 5%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.  However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Works collaboratively with Safety to ensure processes at FTI locations are aligned.Facility Management: Oversees office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Ensuring office is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.Works collaboratively with Facilities to oversee maintenance of building.Provides leadership and support to direct reports including training, performance, and task delegation.Event Coordination: Plans and coordinates office meetings, events, and activities. Actively participates in local Culture of Care Committee.Maintains and prepares credit card receipts for self and others as assigned.Manages local responsibilities, such as office supplies, mail and package process, space planning and seating requests, external vendors, janitorial, ramp and parking, the fob process, the switchboard, leases etc.Ensures teamwork in all aspects of administration.Develops relationships with leaders, direct reports, and/or others that facilitate open dialogue and trust.Serves as secondary back up for the Administrative and Office Assistant.Works collaboratively to manage business accounts.Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.Oversees the processes for invoices, reports, emails, letters, and other confidential documents.Provides administrative assistance to local leaders and other team members as needed.Communicates and collaborates with external partners.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
