Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining processes and procedures to support the Site Operations in Atlanta. This is an onsite position.

Essential Functions

Leadership and coordination to ensure the day-to-day operations of the site, including front desk, telephone systems, catering operations, office supply, general maintenance, environmental, janitorial, health, safety and security functions are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with the company’s policies.

Responsible for Monthly Catering menu and Site Events including ordering, delivery, coordination and budgetary reporting.

Ensure high standards of customer and visitor services, housekeeping and food handling standards are met.

Implement and maintain systems, processes, procedures and policies.

Develop and monitor KPI’s to support efficiency and growth.

Manage and maintain vendor agreements.

Project manager for site capital projects including budgeting, quoting, and execution.

Preparation of RFQ’s and negotiations of service contracts for buildings and grounds.

Development of and adherence to Site Budget- Catering and Utilities.

Ensure compliance to all applicable Federal, State, and local facility related ordinances, regulations, licensing, codes and permit retention.

Support HR initiatives with company events.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Five + Years proven experience as an Office/Operations/Facilities Manager

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is a plus.

Experience in handheld medical technology preferred.

Travel Requirements

Flexible to work late hours and weekends if needed. Willingness to travel (up to 5%).
