Office Manager / Operations - Sales Support

What you’ll do

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Chicago office, including maintaining the office space, equipment, and supplies.

Evaluate contracts related to Equifax products and pricing, identify risk to terms outside of standards, assuring proper approvals are in place and submitting for execution

Transcribe contractual terms into internal systems 

Canceling and suspending accounts

Validation and entry of manual billing and overages

Entering new billing records for clients annual renewals

Makes decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work


What experience you need 

Professional communication skills – both written and oralExceptional problem solving, analytical, and research skillsSelf-starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment.In-depth business & risk understanding.

Proficiency with Excel and Google Suite

Ability to recognize and resolve exceptions to standard procedures


What could set you apart

Demonstrated competency with SQL Server

Willingness to report to the office Monday through Friday

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
