Office Manager (Part-Time)
The Role
We are seeking a part-time Office Manager in our Chicago office who will be responsible for our Chicago (in-person) and NYC WeWork (remote) offices. This role is integral to cultivating Wpromote culture and playing an active role in employee experience and engagement. You are an office ambassador, and you will interact with visitors, clients, vendors, and employees at every level, every day. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented individual, and always looking to lend a helping hand. They will know how to prioritize work while understanding the balancing act of managing multiple projects simultaneously. While we are a remote-first company, we have a small group of employees who go into the office consistently.
The Office Manager will be expected to be in the Chicago office Monday through Thursday each week and as needed on Fridays, and we expect this person to work 20-25 hours per week. The Office Manager will report directly to our Senior Director of People Operations who is located on the West Coast.

At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
