At Dentsply Sirona, we are looking for an Office Manager (m/w/d) in Salzburg to ensure the smooth operations of our office administration and reception. You will be the central contact point for internal and external stakeholders, supporting management and HR in administrative and organizational matters, and coordinating events, workshops, and other activities.   Office Manager (m/f/d)

Imagine being the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and employees, managing the reception desk, and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed. You will handle administrative tasks, support event coordination, manage building infrastructure, and provide crucial support to our HR department. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining an efficient and organized office environment.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Project and Facility Management: Manage building infrastructure, coordinate insurance claims, and lead special projects. Reception and Visitor Management: Ensure smooth operation of the reception desk, assist guests, manage refreshments, and coordinate office visits. Administrative Support: Handle mail, manage invoice processing in SAP, order supplies, and archive critical documents. Event and Training Coordination: Support the organization of workshops, training sessions, and seminars. HR and Organizational Support: Provide administrative support to HR, assist in vaccination coordination, and ensure organizational efficiency.

 

 

Qualifications:

Education: Secondary School of Business (e.g., HAS, HAK or equivalent). Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role. Skills: Proficiency in MS-Outlook, MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of T&A tools (e.g., Sage) and SAP is an advantage. Languages: German C1 level, English B2 level.
