THE ROLE
The Office Manager performs a variety of administrative and operational functions in support of the Legends office on event days and non-event days. The Office Manager will be responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable, Staffing, and overseeing the Non-Profit Organization program. The Office Manager will report directly into the General Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for Accounts Receivable: receipt and posting of payments; make bank deposits Responsible for Accounts Payable: matching invoices to POS; invoice entry; vendor file maintenance Ensuring that all accounting and operational accounting functions are being performed in the most effective and efficient fashion, while conforming to the Standard Operating Procedures of the Company. Processing new hire paperwork, onboarding & submissions of all background checks. Process weekly payroll for all hourly associates Oversee Non Profit Organization program ensuring all contracts and required documents are up to date. Build and maintain relationships with all surrounding communities and employment agencies Partnering with operators to determine appropriate in-season and out of season staffing levels Assists with and further develop employee “check-in” processes and procedures. Monitor office equipment (printers/fax machine/etc.) for proper functioning; arrange repairs if needed. Help organize and maintain common office areas. Conducting new hire orientation and other HR and functional training Retrieve, screen and deliver mail correspondence. Maintain an effective workplace culture that impacts positive retention and mirrors Legends focus on employee engagement. Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. Must be able to lift 25 lbs and be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Professional demeanor with the aptitude to interact with poise and upholding the company name. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
