The University of Michigan-Dearborn, College of Education, Health, and Human Services (CEHHS) has an exciting part-time temporary opportunity available for a current UM-Dearborn student who is work-study eligible with great initiative, flexibility, dependability, and professionalism to work as an Office Assistant. Responsibilities*Assist with basic and general administrative functions of the officeProvide administrative support to Dean's Suite team and CEHHS teamMaintain a welcoming office environment, greet all visitors with a pleasant and professional demeanor and assist visitors in locating campus resources and servicesAnswer and direct all incoming calls and email inquiries to the appropriate department and personnelAssist with departmental and college-wide special eventsPrepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, maintain copy machines, files, and correspondenceAssist with special projectsOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications**Must be a current University of Michigan-Dearborn student and work-study eligible*
