Send an email to Accessibility (careers@truist.com?subject=Accommodation%20request)_ _(accommodation requests only; other inquiries won't receive a response)._ **Regular or Temporary:** Regular **Language Fluency:** English (Required) **Work Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Please review the following job description:** Partner with Office of the CEO, Business Change Lead (BCL)/ Divisional Supplier Management Oversight (DSMO) to increase efficiency and improve quality of OCS operations by driving execution of business projects, consulting, designing and delivering communications and training as applicable, overseeing service management activities defined by TPRM*, and creating, producing and analyzing ongoing reports with very little leadership direction and working across many with diverse LOBs. Will ensure day-to-day oversight and management of assigned vendors and lead the completion of vendor risk assessments, contract review/structuring, due diligence and fourth party oversight for assigned vendors with the understanding of the business unit’s sourcing strategy. Coordinate and work with Division aligned support to ensure all managed services follow Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). Standards and Policies. Serve as a single point of supplier coordination and communication of activities and recommendation to management, Third Party Risk Operations Function (TPROF), and Supplier Service Management (SSM). *******Role is not a remote opportunity. Office centric role -4 days in office.***** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.** 1. Partner with DSMO, TPROF, Vendors, Office of CEO Technology, Office of CEO Business Owners, GCO and other key stakeholders to drive execution of multiple non-standard Archer services representing diverse LOBs across the Office of the CEO Business Unit. + This requires all aspects of managing the vendor and may involve creating new services in Archer, identifying vendor risks and performance metrics, and continued follow-up on all service manager tasks to manage risk while ensuring quality of service delivery, internal client satisfaction, operational efficiencies, and achievement of target cost savings with very little oversight from DSMO. + This requires facilitating and driving development of all new contracts and change requests, and ongoing monitoring to ensure contract compliance and proper invoicing for documented terms and conditions. 2. Partner with internal stakeholders and collaborate with data professionals across Truist to develop Office of CEO data & analytics reporting/dashboards and perform business analysis, lead Office of the CEO business projects and update project artifacts in applicable systems, oversee change management analysis and coordinate communications and training, as well as support technology change and incident management activities. 3. Ensures that program activities are on a path to deliver benefits realization. 4. Installs an appropriate risk management plan for the program. 5. Ensures collaboration across LOBs with key functional partners in the implementation of initiatives. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Required Qualifications:** **The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience 2. Ten years progressive related experience in either a consulting, project management or process improvement related role 3. Strong skills and experience in issue resolution, influencing team members and other stakeholders, conducting difficult negotiations and managing to stringent timelines for project deliverables 4. Demonstrated leadership in the implementation of complex programs and projects 5. Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous assignments 6. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. Third Party Risk Management knowledge including experience with SAP Ariba, RSA Archer, and SharePoint in banking/financial services industry 2.
