Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University, Office of the Registrar is seeking a Registration Coordinator - Boca Raton, FL.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Responsible for enrollment and degree reporting to the National Student Clearinghouse and updates to the National Students Loan Data System (NSLDS).

Assists in the processing of Academic Petition, Exceptional Circumstance Withdrawals, and grade forgiveness.

Monitors various registration and enrollment status quality assurance reports and updates records, as necessary.

Assist with facilitating Executive Education registration.

Represent the Office of the Registrar for in-person New Student Orientation events.

May be required to represent the University Registrar on the Broward campus locations and act as a liaison between campus offices and the Office of the Registrar.

Other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required.


Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Thorough attention to detail.

Ability to work well with multiple tasks and deadlines, problem-solving experience, and strong organizational skills.

Capacity to collaborate well with various individuals.

Salary:

$17.25 - $19.00 per hour.
