Summary Job title: Office / Operations Trainee Job ID: 202454110006 Department: Omaha - CED Location: NE-Omaha Description Summary: We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a great company. In this role , you will learn the entirety of our business in this two year training program. We are looking for someone ready to learn our business and grow into additional roles with additional responsibilities. You will start in the warehouse, moving on to accounts receivable and accounts payable, purchasing, and pricing, working alongside our experienced operations team along the way. As with any position at CED it is important to understand our client’s needs and help us exceed our clients’ expectations and our operations team is a big part of the customer experience. This role will prepare you for possible opportunities on our operations or sales teams that may be available in the future. You will have an experienced team to help you along the way. Reports to: Profit Center Manager Minimum Qualifications: + Experience in customer service + Communications skills, both written and verbal + Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES: + Attention to detail and solid organization ability Preferred Qualifications: + College Degree in Business + Experience with data bases such as Power BI, excel, macros + Ability to trend and forecast future outlooks + Ability to work with a team + Desire to learn and grow Working Conditions: + This position operates in a professional office environment Supervisory Responsibilities: No Essential Job Functions: + Train in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable. + Direct customer phone calls and take messages.
