About the Role: We are looking for a versatile and proactive Office cum Sales Administrator to manage office administration tasks and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Manage day-to-day office administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations. Provide basic IT-related support and coordinate with IT teams for troubleshooting. Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses. Support the sales team by preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to create and manage reports and other business materials. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English and Japanese. Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (spoken and written). Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently.
