Responsibilities:\n\nPerform functions in the mailroom\/ copy Center\/ reception\nLog packages\nDelivery Mail \/ accountable mail and packages\nFlexible\/ crosstrained at multiple sites\nReports issues and status updates to Manager\nProper business causal attire\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nMaintains a clean work area\n\n

Special Skills\/Requirements\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nExcellent customer service skills; must possess a \"can do\" attitude.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.\nAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environment.\nCompetency in performing multiple functional tasks.\nAbility to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds.\nKnowledge of using UPS, FedEx, DHL shipping methods.\nAssertive and resourceful; self motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative be able to communicate clearly.\nConsistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
Valid\/ Clean Drivers license, with Reliable transportation\/ vehicle\n
