Williams Lea is hiring for a Facilities Office Services Associate for our New York office to work Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm !
As well as provide backup support at Jersey City office when needed.
Pay: $17.10 - $18.00/hour

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to providing the following services throughout the workday: Distribution/Pickup of Records Materials, Print Station Support, Supply Distribution/Inventory, Event/Conference Room Setup, Shred Bin Support, and others as requested by client or WL management.
Job Duties:
This position will require the candidate to perform, but not limited to the below:
Mail Services
Pickup / Drop off Iron Mountain boxes from user areas as requested
Track pickups for distribution to Iron Mountain when limit of 50 boxes is reached
Print Services
Maintain printer paper levels on each floor and replenish on schedule or as needed.
Distribute and install new toners when provided by mailroom
Event Setup Services
Set-up conference rooms / designated spaces for upcoming events (i.e. placement of tables, chairs, portable stage/riser, etc.) as instructed by client.
Supply Services
Maintain supply levels and cleanliness of each of the floor Office & Shipping Supply areas.
Maintain master supply room inventory levels for both office and shipping items by working with leadership to order as is needed to keep par levels.
Shredding Services
Perform weekly inspection of each shred console on each floor to “carefully and safely” remove any items into larger and secure shred bin.
Preform ad-hoc delivery or removals as requested by management.
General Responsibilities
Handle sensitive and confidential documents or information.
Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
Handle additional projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum (1) year office services experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
Must be both able and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Must be able to independently lift and move boxes or furniture that weigh as much as 50 lbs.
Must be able to work standing up all or most of the time.

Working Conditions:
Position operates at sites with maximum of 24/7 operations.
Individual shift requirements will vary by site.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Work is performed in a professional work environment.
Professional attire required.
Hazards include working with office machines (copiers, faxes, scanners, bindery equipment, paper cutters) and cleaning supplies and toner.
Must be able to work standing up all or most of the time.
