Williams Lea is hiring for an Office Services Associate for our New York office to work Monday to Friday, 10:30 pm to 7:30 am!
Pay: $19.00 - 20.00/hour

Job Duties:
Receives and processes workflow from Coordinator, Supervisor, and Manager.
Assist the team in processing high volumes of incoming/ outgoing mail packages.
Immediately escalates any operational problems or issues to Lead, Supervisor or Manager.
Completes assignments in a timely manner.
Processes mail: USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and all other package handling.
Read, interpret and understand all mail request emails and forms.
Communicate with peers, Lead, Supervisor, and/or Manager and client on job or deadline
issues.
Applies Quality Assurance process to maintain efficient workflow and assure client
satisfaction.
Seeks assignments and ensures jobs are completed efficiently, accurately and within
deadlines.
Effective time management and maintaining timesheets.
Receives and applies new training regarding policies and procedures.
Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required.
Additional duties as required by client and management.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of office services experience preferred, in a legal, banking or large corporate
environment.
Familiar with general fax, mail and reprographics procedures,
Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
Ability to make independent decisions and use problem-solving skills.
Capable of demonstrating exemplary work ethics and professionalism at all times.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Intermediate computer skills required.
Must have good organizational skills.
Professional telephone demeanor.
